Objectives:
During the past twenty years the pace, climate and language
(English) of international business has changed dramatically.
The effect of many different cultures has transformed the
rules, behavioural codes, methods and mannerisms of the international
business arena. Today companies expect both technical and
sales personnel to establish and maintain good business relationships
creating new demands on the inter-personal skills of the employee.
Though the dominant language may be English and the strongest
influence American, the present day global business environment
transcends borders, class, race, religion and cultures. It
seems to have created its own laws, code of ethics and even
its own identity. The ability to interact with other, often
diverse cultures has become an essential talent for the international
business person.
The goal of this course is to develop and reinforce existing
English communication skills and add techniques to enable
you to handle situations you may meet in the future with greater
confidence.

Making your entry, "You never have a second chance to

new ideas to let the guest or customer really "warm"
to us.
